THE ONE

Isn't it exhausting giving your everything to someone and still not being "the one"? How far can a person go, put efforts into someone, express themselves, shower love for them to finally choose them above all above everyone and everything? Is it too much to ask for? Just to be someone's priority is it that hard to be foremost for someone? Are we not capable for that? Are we not deserving ? Are we that needy or self centered?  

You give your everything to them, you are the most transparent person infront of them, you can not stop talking or thinking about them, you invite them to be a part of your family , you give them the top priority of your life, you choose them above everyone else and they still don't choose you. You are still not the one, and then they abandon you in the dead of night. 

Now what? We leave, forget, wine over it or wait now do we have to pretend that its okay, say things like, "its not a big deal, we are fine you are forgiven" ? No, you just sit there silently try to forget it like a nightmare because you still cherish the memories and you don't know how to be fictitious infront of them or they will think you are putting an act.
